The farm benefits from some of the world’s cleanest air and experiences regular snowfalls during the winter harvest season, creating optimal conditions for cultivating premium black truffles. ​

  • Mature Oak Trees: The property hosts English and Spanish oak trees aged between 15 to 22 years, under which the prized black truffles grow. ​
  • Truffle Hunts: During the harvest period from June to mid-September, trained truffle dogs and experienced hunters conduct truffle hunts, offering visitors a unique opportunity to participate in the search for these culinary treasures. ​
  • On-Site Processing: The farm boasts an export-standard grading and packing facility, ensuring that all truffles are processed on-site to maintain their exceptional quality. ​
